Coaching appointments are usually via telephone, so you can be comfortable in the privacy of your home; dressed for your convenience and comfort!

Saturday appointments may be available. Sunday open for classes only.

We are closed during appointments and classes. We highly recommend you call first, if at all possible, to ensure we are available when you wish to drop by.
